MuleKick Media LogoFrank Kelly of Edinburgh Marketing Company, MuleKick Media, will be talking, on air, to David Caldwell tomorrow (Thursday) at around 10.30am about the importance of Online Reputation and what East Lothian businesses can do to get their strategy in place.

They Can Make You Or Break You!

A recent consumer survey came up with the following stats about online customer reviews:

  • 73% of consumers say Positive reviews make them trust a business more.
  • 79% of consumers say they trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations
  • 85% say that they read online reviews.

If you have NO online reviews – or Poor online reviews, you need to do something about it – quickly – before your competitors do.

Frank will also be offering the one month’s free MuleKick Reputation Strategy trial, that is about to be rolled out to all Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce members, to all listeners and supporters of Radio Saltire. At the end of the month’s trial you WILL have a Reputation Strategy in place.

So please listen in to Brunch with David Caldwell from 10am.
