BILLY OCEAN is the biggest black recording star Britain has ever produced, one who has sold over 30 million records in his lifetime.
He has collected a pile of Gold and Platinum records across the world and hit the number one spot worldwide on pop charts including the USA, Australia, Germany, Holland, and the UK. Billy has achieved extraordinary success as both an artist and a songwriter.
Billy got his first break when he signed to GTO records, for whom his second single was the Motown-ish Love Really Hurts Without You, which reached No. 2 in the UK charts and No. 12 in the US. Two top twenty singles followed; Love on Delivery and Stop Me, then Red Light Spells Danger became a smash in both the UK and the US.
DAVE BALL will talk about the upcoming release of 2 albums. Don’t Forget Your Alligator is a stunning solo album and BEDLAM In Command 1973 is a new release of recordings made by BEDLAM, a short lived band from the early 70’s. Both are released on 23rd April 2012
Dave fist came to the record buying public’s attention as a member of PROCUL HARUM where he spent two years and then he left to form BEDLAM with COZY POWELL. His illustrious career includes his being a member of APPLEJACKS, ACE KEFFORD STAND, BIG BERTHA, BEDLAM and PROCUL HARUM.
FIN aka Robert Finlay is an Alternative Folk Rock based in Hertfordshire. Despite playing music all his life, it was not until FIN went travelling to South America in 2009 and was sitting in the Ecuadorian Cloud Forest that he realised he should form a band and perform more frequently. His début album These Words Aren’t Meant For Me was released last year.
