**Rachael Richmond has been traced safe and well.**
Lothian and Borders Police are appealing for information to help trace a missing girl in East Lothian.
Rachael Richmond was last seen within her home address in Drummohr Gardens, Wallyford on Saturday 4th February.
Since then, the 15-year-old has failed to make contact with her family who are now growing concerned for her safety.
Rachael is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall with a medium build, shoulder-length dark brown hair with a red fringe and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a dark hooded top with white writing on the chest, light-brown jacket, jeans and white metal hoop earrings. When she left her home she was also carrying a holdall.
A police spokesman said: “Rachel is a confident and fairly independent girl and while there are no immediate concerns for her well-being, we are keen to find her as soon as possible and return her home.
“Anyone who has seen Rachael since Saturday 4th February or who can assist in tracing her is asked to contact police immediately.
“Similarly, we would urge Rachael to come forward and let us know she is safe and well.”
