Exclusive Angels

East Lothian FM Presents…..

Funky Friday, a brand new show on East Lothian FM.

From tomorrow (25th November) Friday afternoon is being handed over to younger members of our community. They asked us for a chance to show East Lothian what they can do, and we thought – Why Not!

Our plan is to introduce a number of younger presenters on Friday Afternoons. Tomorrow sees the first of our new shows getting started.

Introducing the Exclusive Angels

The Exclusive Angels are three S1 students from Dunbar Grammar. Brittney, Leigh and Samantha are all members of the Dunbar Sea Cadets and between them have wide interests including Basketball, Football and Dancing.

Their show will bring us:

  • The best in current chart and dance music
  • Crazy Weather Updates
  • A Featured Artist – This week it’s Bruno Mars
  • Local News Updates and What’s Happening in East Lothian, all from a younger perspective.

All this AND MORE from the Exclusive Angels – The Younger Generation!

Join them FRIDAY 2.00 – 4.00pm. ONLY on East Lothian FM

Dogs Got A BoneTemporary Schedule Changes

It’s been a busy week here at East Lothian FM and we’ve got lots to show for it. First, we have a couple of little changes to tell you about for the week ahead.

We’re going to have to manage without the dulcet tones of Iain G – but only for a week. His Big Brunch slot is being filled by an extra hour from Andy Morris followed by an earlier start by The Duke. This applies to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We don’t have to miss Brunch all week, Graeme Logan will be in for his usual slot on Thursday.

If all goes to plan, everything will be back to normal next weekend.

More New Presenters

Nothing stands still though. We’ve been busy finding the best local presenters to keep your ears happy. Over the next couple of weeks we have three brand new shows starting on East Lothian FM.

  • Andrew Punton will follow Norrie Innes on a Monday at 4.30 ~ 7pm. Andrew will bring us his take on the best music  from the 70’s and 80’s with just a hint of Rock.
  • Col McGregor joins us on Wednesday evenings. He’s made the jump from our friends over at Prestongrange Radio and brought his show Dogs Got a Bone to East Lothian FM.
  • Alex Mercer will add to our Sunday line up from 3 ~ 6pm.

One Move

Our final juggle of the week is a move for John Leith. His “Music Machine” will now kick off our Sunday afternoons from1 ~3pm.
